Welcome to Teacher GPS. By creating an account or using the platform, you accept these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Teacher GPS.

1. Who we are

Teacher GPS is a platform owned by María Indacochea, based in Georgia, United States. For any questions you can write to us at infotutyvega@gmail.com.

2. What Teacher GPS is

Teacher GPS guides you through the steps to get your teaching certification in the state of Georgia. It shows you a route based on your answers, with steps, approximate costs, timelines and official links, and lets you keep a checklist of your progress.

3. What Teacher GPS is not

- It does not certify anyone. In Georgia, certification is granted only by the Georgia Professional Standards Commission (GaPSC). - It does not offer legal or immigration advice. If you have questions about your permission to work in the United States, consult a licensed immigration attorney. - It does not guarantee results. Following the route does not ensure that you will obtain certification or a job.

4. Information may change

Requirements, costs and timelines are set by official agencies and may change without notice. We do our best to keep the information up to date, but you must always confirm it with the official sources linked in each step before making decisions or payments.

5. Pilot program

At this stage, Teacher GPS operates as a free, closed, invitation-only pilot in Georgia. During the pilot the platform may have errors, interruptions or changes. We may modify, pause or end the pilot at any time.

6. Your account

- You sign in with a link we send to your email, with no password. - You must be over 18 years old and use your own email address. - You are responsible for keeping access to your email secure. - Your account is personal and you may not share it.

7. Permitted use

You agree to use Teacher GPS only for your own guidance and not to: - copy, sell or redistribute the platform's content; - try to access other people's accounts or data; - damage, overload or interfere with the operation of the platform; - use the platform for unlawful purposes.

We may suspend or close an account that does not comply with these terms.

8. Ownership of content

The Teacher GPS brand, its texts, routes and design are the property of María Indacochea. You may use them for your personal guidance, but you may not copy or publish them without written permission.

9. Links to other sites

Teacher GPS includes links to official and third-party sites. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, costs or policies.

10. Limitation of liability

Teacher GPS is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for decisions you make based on the information on the platform, for payments you make to third parties, or for indirect damages arising from its use.

11. Privacy

How we use your data is explained in the Privacy Policy, which is part of these terms.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If the change is significant, we will notify you by email or within the platform. If you keep using Teacher GPS after the change, you accept the new version.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the state of Georgia, United States.
