At Teacher GPS we store only the data needed to show you your route and your progress. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for advertising.

1. Who is responsible for your data

The person responsible for your data is María Indacochea, based in Georgia, United States. Contact: infotutyvega@gmail.com.

2. What data we store

- Your email address: to create your account, send you the sign-in link and communicate with you about the pilot. - The route the diagnostic assigned to you: to show you the steps that apply to you. - Your progress (checklist steps and documents you mark as "I have it" or "missing"): to save your progress so you can see it every time you sign in.

3. What data we do NOT store

- Your immigration status. - Your answer about whether you can legally work in the United States. That question is only used to show you a notice and is not stored. - Documents or files. The platform does not allow uploading them. - Card or payment data. The pilot is free.

4. Your consent

Before storing your data we ask you to tick a consent checkbox. If you do not tick it, we do not create your account.

5. How we use your data

We use your data only to: - run your account and your personal dashboard; - contact you about the pilot and ask for your feedback; - improve Teacher GPS.

6. Who we share your data with

We do not sell or rent your data. It is processed only by the providers we need to operate the platform: - Supabase, the service where the database is stored and sign-in to your account is managed. - Our developer, located in Colombia, who maintains the platform and accesses the data only when necessary for that work.

For this reason your data may be processed outside the United States. We may also disclose data if required by a competent authority.

7. Cookies

We use only the cookies or storage necessary to keep your session open. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

8. How long we keep your data

We keep your data while your account is active. If you ask us to close it, we delete your data within 30 days at most, except for what the law requires us to keep.

9. Your rights

You may ask us at any time to: - see what data we hold about you; - correct it; - delete it and close your account; - withdraw your consent.

10. Security

We protect your data with reasonable measures: encrypted connection (SSL), passwordless sign-in through an email link, and permissions so that each person sees only their own information. No system is 100% secure. If an incident affecting your data occurs, we will notify you.

11. Minors

Teacher GPS is only for people over 18 years old. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

12. Changes to this policy

If we make significant changes to this policy, we will notify you by email or within the platform.
